Shipping & delivery policy

Delivery is 100% online. You get a download link on the website right after payment and the same link by email.

• Most customers get the link in a few seconds after payment.
• Sometimes email can take 2–5 minutes.
• If the zip file is missing on our server, we will fix it and email you — this is rare.

There is no shipping fee. The price you see (₹99) is the full price for the digital product.

• Search your inbox for “Launchite” or “download”.
• Still stuck? Email info@launchite.in with your payment email.

You can use your link up to 3 times. This helps prevent misuse while letting you save the file on more than one device.

We do not courier books or USB drives. Everything is in the zip file you download.

We reply to email as quickly as we can, typically within 2–3 working days. For urgent payment issues, mention “Razorpay payment” in the subject.
